The mission of the LCHC is to be a leading voice for Latino Health in California by initiating and advancing policies that build healthy communities. Toward this end, the Coalition has identified four overarching goals:- increasing access to quality health care for Latinos and the underserved, - increasing health promotion for Latinos and the underserved, - increasing research and data sources for Latinos - developing an organizational infrastructure that will support ongoing efforts to meet these goals.
