The mission of the Flexible Leadership Investments Project is to develop a workable philanthropic model for strengthening nonprofit organizational leadership that acts as a catalyst for the work the Haas Jr. Fund cares about. This project is an important step in furthering its mission: To develop a philanthropic approach to strengthening nonprofit organizational leadership. To enable nonprofit organizations to tailor and implement a customized leadership development plan for their senior management and board that will advance their work, and address their most pressing challenges and concerns.
